The classic New York cheesecake at liliyum respects the tradition and the recipe. It is a baked cheesecake or cream cheese dessert that rests on a pounded and powdery biscuit base. This classic New York cheesecake can be topped with your choice of compote – strawberry, raspberry, blueberry or mixed berry – which are fully made inhouse.
Note: Fresh Strawberry garnish is subjective to the seasonal availability of the fruit. We use imported strawberry compote during non-seasonal times.
